1. What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?

Keforma supports the following payment methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer. For more details, see the payment methods section.


Returns and Refunds

1. Can I return a product?

The right of withdrawal, also available in our Returns and Refunds section, states that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return no later than 10 days from the delivery date.


Shipments and Deliveries

1. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE for amounts over €49.00, for lower amounts the cost is €5.00. See the shipping methods page.

2. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 24/48 working hours and 48/72 working hours for the islands. For orders made by bank transfer, the delivery time may be longer as Keforma verifies the receipt of the transfer before shipping. See the shipping methods page.

1. How can I register on Keforma?

At the top right, you will find the button representing the profile icon. Enter your data and create your personal account.

2. Is it necessary to register to purchase on Keforma?

No, registration is not mandatory but recommended. By creating your personal account, you can access dedicated services and also save your information for future purchases.

3. I am already registered on Keforma, how can I access my account?

At the top right, click the button representing the profile icon and use your credentials to access your account.

4. I lost my account password, how can I recover it?

If you do not remember the password to access your account, go to the login section at the top right, and click “Forgot your password?” Enter the email you registered with and the Captcha. Once the password is reset, wait for the Keforma email to create a new access password for your account.


Completing an Order

1. How to place an order on Keforma?

Browse the catalog, add the products you want to the cart, click on the cart at the top right, then on the "Go to checkout" button, fill in the fields with your data, and proceed to checkout.

2. I can't find a product, how can I know if it's available?

If you cannot find a specific product on our site, contact us via WhatsApp at the number: 328 017 9060 or write to us at the email address info@keforma.com. We will reply as soon as possible, indicating where to find the product on the site, recommending equivalent products in terms of features, use, and price, or adding the product you requested to the site.
