FREEDOMS is the food supplement, based on extract from Montmorency cherries (CherryPURE), feverfew, bromelain and Palatinose™, designed for muscle recovery after intense and prolonged physical activity.
CherryPure®
Extract from Montmorency Cherries with strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant power thanks to the high content in protective and regenerating anthocyanins. It inhibits the activity of an enzyme activated specifically in the presence of processes inflammatory (COX2), thus exerting an action very similar to that of common anti-inflammatory drugs.
Feverfew
Equipped with anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, anti-platelet, anti-migraine and spasmolytic properties due to sesquiterpene lactones (in particular, parthenolide) and flavonoids contained within it plant. The anti-inflammatory action is exerted through different mechanisms of action, such as: inhibition of release of arachidonic acid and its metabolism, inhibition of the synthesis of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins, inhibition of the synthesis of leukotrienes B4 and inhibition of the synthesis of thromboxane B2.
Bromelain
Enzyme extracted from pineapple with proteolytic, anti-edema and anti-inflammatory action. Check the evolution of inflammatory states, facilitating recovery from sports injuries.
Palatinose™
Low glycemic index carbohydrate, increases calorie intake by keeping insulin release under control.
